Message from Abdo
Dear visitors and clients, welcome to my website.
I started this journey many years ago driven by passion of the contracting business through Shweifaty for General Contracting and real estate sector.
Later on, I pursued my studies to become a sworn expert by the Lebanese courts in several areas in Lebanon. Since then, I was eager to evolve my knowledge and my expertise. I always tried to excel in a competitive field because providing my valuable clients the best service was always my ultimate aim.
The journey continues, that’s why I decided to widen my knowledge in arbitration and real estate expertise by attending to international certification bodies in many different aspects.
Despite all the competition in the market, I can proudly say that we are way ahead in the market.
We enjoy working with every new project, as we add to our experience and knowledge to develop further our professionalism. We always tended to work with enthusiasm and excitement amongst the whole team to fulfil our great responsibilities and to deliver great results.

أعزائي زوار الموقع اهلا وسهلا بكم
سنوات عديدة مرت منذ ان بدأت مشواري في مجال التعهدات العامة. مرت تلك السنوات لتزيدني خبرة ومعرفة ترافقت مع حبي وشغفي لتقديم خدمات كاملة متكاملة في مجال لطالما كان داخليه يعتبرون فقط من اللاعبين الكبار
كانت البدايات مع شركة شويفاتي للتعهدات العامة التي استطاعت وبفترة قصيرة ان تحتل مكانتها العالية بين كافة شركات التعهدات في لبنان بالرغم من المنافسة والمزاحمة الكبيرتان. فانطبع اسمها على اهم واكبر المشاريع التي تم تنفيذها في بيروت والمتن وكسروان وبقية المناطق اللبنانية حتى الحدودية منها. والطريق لا تزال طويلة والحماسة لا تزال في اعلى مستوياتها
لقد قضيت السنوات السابقة أجد وأعمل وأطور عمل المقاولات لكي امهد للسنوات اللاحقة التي لا يمكن الا ان تكون مشرقة ومنتجة كسابقاتها
لقد كنت ولا ازال اتعامل مع كل مشروع انفذه وكانه المشروع الاول الذي احصل عليه. فاضخ به الحماسة والدقة في العمل بالاضافة الى الخبرات الواسعة من المشاريع السابقة ليأتي التنفيذ على قدر المسؤوليات الكبيرة التي كانت تلقى على عاتقنا، انا وفريق العمل
لطالما اعتبرت ان العلم والثقافة هما السبيل الوحيد للتطور والتقدم في الحياة. فبعد ان تم تعييني كخبير تخمين محلف لدى المحاكم اللبنانية، واصبحت عضوا في اللجان الاستئنافية لدى وزارة العدل / قانون 550، تخصصت بمجال الوساطة العالمية والتحكيم التجاري الدولي واصبحت عضوا في اتحاد المحكمين العرب كمستشار تحكيم تجاري دولي وعضوا في الهيئة العربية للتحكيم الهندسي التابعة لاتحاد المهندسين العرب
كل هذه الخبرات اجتمعت معا لتعطيني الحافز الكبير للنظر والتخطيط للمستقبل، لغد مشرق مليئ بالوعود والانجازات
